Clarification on the new CPSIA Act

I forget who emailed me and asked had I heard about this new law but today there is a clarification that should allay many fears that were going on.  The fear included that used children's books would not be legal to see, that would surely be a nightmare for me.  Anyway, here is an update....

"Sellers of used children’s products, such as thrift stores and consignment stores, are not required to certify that those products meet the new lead limits, phthalates standard or new toy standards."
